Faire cuire la courge et la réduire en purée. Mettre la purée dans un plat allant au four

Mixer les noisettes, les mélanger à la farine et au beurre en morceaux.

<em>(vous pouvez prendre une pâte brisée toute simple sans souci)</em><strong><br />
180g de farine<br />
5 cuillères à soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br />
1 pincée de sel<br />
4 cuillères à soupe d&#8217;eau<br />
1 cuillère à soupe de romarin haché<br />
1 cuillère à café de bicarbonate ( ou de levure)</strong></p>
<p>Mettre tous les ingrédients du fond de tarte dans un saladier et malaxer pour obtenir une boule<br />

<p>Séparer les cotes du vert des blettes.<br />
Dans une poêle, mettre une cuillère d&#8217;huile et y faire revenir les cotes et l&#8217;oignon émincé<br />

<p>Chemiser un moule à tarte avec une cuillère d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et le sucre de canne. Répartir dessus les noisettes<br />
